These Terms govern the access and use of the website and the audit service offered at GEO-SEO.Expert. By using the service, you accept these conditions.

2. Purpose of the Service

GEO-SEO.Expert offers a technical analysis (audit) of a website specified by the user, oriented towards its visibility in search engines and AI response engines (GEO/SEO), and delivers a report with the results and recommendations.

3. Price and Payment

The complete report is a single payment (no subscription), at the price indicated on the Pricing page. The price shown is the final price; the seller does not charge VAT, so no VAT is added at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never receive or store your full card details. A receipt is sent to the email you provide.

Your report is unlocked immediately on the results page and a copy is emailed to the address you provide, so please make sure it is correct. If, due to a fault attributable to us, the report is not delivered or is materially incomplete, contact us at geo-seo-expert@proton.me and we will re-deliver it or, where we cannot, refund your payment.

4. Nature of the Report

The report is for informational and guidance purposes only. It is based on the automatic analysis of the public content of the website at the time of the scan. We do not guarantee concrete positioning, traffic, or citation results by search engines or AI systems, as they depend on external factors outside our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As it is a digital service that begins execution immediately after contracting, by requesting the report the user expressly requests its immediate execution and acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (in accordance with standard EU consumer protection rules).

6. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to analyze only websites that they own or are authorized to audit, and not to use the service for unlawful purposes or purposes that violate third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The site, its software, design, and content are the property of MARBTC-TECH RO S.R.L. or its licensors. The delivered report is for the user's personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits resulting from the use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be legally excluded.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, the country of establishment of the owner. However, if you contract as a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection guaranteed to you by the mandatory provisions of your country of habitual residence within the European Union, and you retain the right to resort to the courts of that country in accordance with applicable European regulations.

Consumers resident in Romania may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro); consumers in other EU countries may contact their local consumer-protection authority.
